Well I paid off the Halifax card(645) and did pay off the Tescos card but have 58p left on the halifax card and have spent on the Tescos one cos of Christmas, so whilst I have paid off the original debt I still have 200 pounds outstanding which will be paid off by the end of the year (if it kills me!!) but not by the end of the challenge.

However I have paid off the CC total I pledged!

    Well done everyone xxxxxxx

and thank you so much Pap It wouldn't have happened without you my love xxx
    Nevertheless she persisted.

don't worry about being £50 off. think of what you've actually achieved during this challenge and how much you would have achieved without doing it.

Evening all, I made a payment of 150.00 on the 28/11 (thought I had posted on the day but appears I didnt - sorry!)

That leaves 367.08 to pay by Wednesday which I think I will be able to do - yeay!

Well done to everyone so far on this challenge - especially so close to Christmas x x x

I have just come across this challenge and I love the idea, but alas it is too late now to join, so if there is another one started I will definitely be up for that challenge, I need to refocus and this sort of thing really helps, great idea

This might get complicated so bear with me ;)

I have been saving my £2 coins, in a sealed pot kind of way. Everytime I got one it went into the pot BUT when I transferred money into savings each month to account for how much I'd saved I didn't touch the pot. So, in effect, all my £2 coins count as double! :D

    Does that make sense?

Anyhoo, I've counted them up & got £52. I'll pay £40 into my account tomorrow & leave the rest for another time :)

In terms of the challenge I'm classing this as a payment of £37 & so I have reached my second £150, making £300 to come off the overdraft in total

Thanks so much to PaP & all you guys. I would not have done it without this thread :)

God, that makes it sound like I've won an Oscar! :rotfl:

I have paid off another £130 today so getting there slowly. I'm not going to reach my target by wednesday (unless a very nice windfall happens:rotfl:) I am a little dissappointed with myself as i don't think i have pushed myself hard enough. Atleast i have paid more off than i probably would have done if i wasn't in this challenge.

Well done to everyone who has taken part. i am determined to do better in the next one:D
