  • Hi,

Just spotted this challenge, but it ties in nicely with my attempt to get rid of my overdraft - could you put me down for £872.02.

    Many thanks.

  • Hi brokemedic and welcome to the 1 debt vs 100 thread. Of course you can join, anyone is welcome. Let me know the amount you are trying to pay off and the name of the debt and I will add it to the front page. Everytime you pay something off let me know and I will update the first post for you :D Good Luck :j

    Hi there,

I would like to aim to pay off £1000 off my overdraft. It's £2000 at the moment and I tend to live in it so reducing it by that much might mean my current account actually sees a few days in credit.

    Thank you.

  • Ok, I have just reduced my overdraft by £50 so £950 left off my target figure. I guess I can't spend it if I don't have access to it.

  • Finally got something to take off my total, after the monthly payment my card is sitting at £666 (), and have a cheque to pay in to the bank on monday for £20 which will come off it as soon as it's cleared.

  • I wont be setting a new target  I am due to give birth in a few weeks and I am struggling badly this week and hoping it doesnt come early ! I think the excessive car boots and heavy lifting may have taken their toll !

I didnt plan on completing this challenge so early, but I hope I can relax a little now, knowing the little beasts have gone !!

    Good luck everyone

  • Hi

Quick question, are we including our minimum monthly payments in this or just any extra payments?
