  • A lot of it is luck ! I have helpful family who have helped with school runs to let me do the car boots. I was lucky the ebay seller sent my item so quickly after the sale. I was lucky the school uniforms were so cheap thanks to the offers in the supermarkets !

    Every little helps !!

  • Actually, PAP, I need to get serious about this. Can you change my target to be £560 please, with £60 already paid off so £500 remaining.

Otherwise I won't make the effort and will drift along as usual. Thanks, P.

  • I'm feeling a lot more positive today, there are still 89 days to go, and with around 670 left that's £7.50 a day. I think I can achieve that if I really put my mind to it (I know I've got two cheques for £7 in the post from Music Magpie) :D x

Let me know the amount you are trying to pay off and the name of the debt and I will add it to the front page. Everytime you pay something off let me know and I will update the first post for you :D Good Luck :j
Payment made £820. Total remaining now £0 !

Thanks Postingalwaysposting for the motivation. If you knew how long these debts had been hanging around.... well, it was shameful :D

With a simple life coach pep talk, and the challenge you set, I have managed to pay off 4 small debts totalling £1546.

    Good luck everyone.

Congratulations Cheerleader_by_CookiemagiK.gif moneymakestheworldgoround to be the first to complete the challenge, and it super quick time ~ Amazing. I hope the remainder of your debt free journey goes as well. Dont forget you can always rejoin with a diferent debt ;)

Well done to all of those who are still paying your debts off. Just keeping up with you makes me tired :rotfl: Keep going, the finish line is just over the hill

Finally, got off the mark - 25 saved by using vouchers from a loyalty card.
I have also sorted a load of stuff out to sell so I must devote some time to that this weekend.
    Trying to keep in budget.
