If the the thread is about bulbs continue, if the thread is about costs, your issues are :
(1) you are with the wrong provider, and / or;
(2) the E7 heating in general and the electric boost in particular, and / or;
(3) the supplementary use of the immersion heater for 2 hours a day in the summer, and / or;
TBH with E7 water & electricity and a low use of gas for cooking you certainly should be on a winner compared to other forms of heating.
It's (1) some 3 years since I switched and saved £240pa when I did so, as expected the following year my new provider tried to up their price and I rang with the ' I'm leaving you ' questions and they went from + 9% down to + 2% with the increase. I then agreed to stay with them.
If the heating (2) is inadequate, boost is not the solution, double glazing / insulation / changing from 2.2 to 3.8 units etc is the solution .. .. not light bulbs.
I've been on E7 (3) for 40 years or so in 3 different properties the two things you never do is use the boost for either heating or water, that's a kind of madness, a totally uncontrollable use of the product. If your water is cold its because you have the wrong settings on the stat / tank is not sufficiently lagged / tank is too small etc. If you took out every light bulb in the property and left the sockets empty you would never make up the cost of using water heating during the day period.
I hope you solve your problem, but bulbs won't do it. You need to get a grip on the source of the problem. NS heaters are about £1000 but any council tip will sell you them for a tenner, most householders will pay you to take them away, they weight about two hundredweights and are indestructible.

We looked at the LED bulbs and made the mistake of buying some for 10 pound for 2 about 2-3 years ago. I fitted them turned them on, tunred them off and took them back. My phone gave off more light !!! Admittedly they have probably got better since then.
As for bills, we are a family of 4 in a 3 bed detached, which has the original hot air central heating. We pay 44 gas and 50 electric and are in the process of moving providers to get it cheaper on a web tariff.0 -

I'm 70+ and learned a new discipline years ago, you need to move providers each year if necessary. I've moved energy three times in 6 years and car insurance relentlessly every 52nd week. Changing that car insurance item each year can, on its own, save a mint. The only reason I change the energy provider less is few of the total providers do E7 .. .. .. but I still ruthlessly check each year, and am prepared to move for a quid a week nett nett savings.
