  • I agree with 3 front and 4 back, and you look gorgeous bz. Amazing how time has flown!

We didn't get to go horse riding as s/e had a small allergic reaction to something and looked like she had been slapped in the face with a haddock, so we put it on the back burner until that cleared up which it has now with lots of anti-histamines. Will try to book again next week.

Weather has turned into a bit of a mixed bag with clouds, short heavy showers and then sunshine, but all fun. Quieter day tomorrow as boats don't run, but back to island hopping on Monday. All this sitting watching people and drinking tea is very tiring!
    Hugs to all.
I must go, I have lives to ruin and hearts to break :D

Back home and soooo much to catch up on!
can some one explain the BZ hair competition and lll join in.
Poor S/E -but the haddock gets my vote here!!!!!

Have had a good week away -tried to do everything -bingo,bowling,penny arcades.walks, crawls sand castles paddling night entertainment, scrabble .......Want them to all remember it as a fun time if its last one we get together. All the things l have avoided for last 50 yrs!!My sis reckons its my list of what not to do before l die!!!!Think she is probably right!!!!!
We came back yesterday and l went straight to bed but feel lots better today.
Sadly we witnessed the unsuccessful rescue attempts of a young lad swept out by a freak wave on friday evening-its been on national news and we didnt feel right walking the dog etc -felt like encroaching on someones private grief so left day early.Sadly they have not found his body for his family.

BZ 3 WEEKS TO GO !!!!
:j this money saving is such fun:T

Oh no, poor s/e. Hope the anti-histories have done their job, and you can get your horseriding in.

If you follow the links in BZ's posts (nos 2 and 4 on this new thread - and thanks to Soolin for starting a new one for us) you can see the hairstyles without makeup and with makeup that she's considering.

Oh, that's awful. I bet you didn't feel like walking the dog there - I agree, I'd have felt like an intruder, too.

Well, Peggy Sue has just one more night with us, and the lady from the dogsitting service will be picking her up tomorrow afternoon to take her back to her own humans. I'll miss the little lass, she's been good company.

Right, I'd better get offline and go and do something useful - like put my pointy stick behind Mr LW to get the grass cut.;):D

I sent a post last night from ds1's laptop, but it's not on here, I didnt send it to the old thread either so dont know why that happened.

He's still here but is moving in with the lad next door tomorrow, he lives on his own since his parents both died and has been trying to get a lodger for ages. Ds1 seems ok on the surface, but I know it's killing him to be away from his son, she's said he can have him next Saturday, and he wants to see him badly but said its going to be so hard having to send him away at the end of a day. The stress has been getting to me a lot to, especially the first coulple of days when I was worried about ds1 and his ex rang me up and screamed that I'll never see my gs again ! I thought she would calm down though and she has thank goodness, as long as she doesn't change her mind.

BZ in the first link you sent, I liked the one on the top row on the right hand side, sorry I dont know what number it is and couldnt decide what one it was in the make up pics

cwta Im glad your both enjoying yourselves and that se has recovered, cant wait for you to come back though.

sharon Im glad you had a good holiday, so sad about that lad though, dont blame you for coming home early. I know it's hard for you and your family, but at least your getting time to make memories and say goodbye iykwim , Im going through the same with my Dad, but he's too ill to do much since that stay in hospital but Im seeing him as much as I can.

Me and dh and dog have been blackberry picking this afternoon, stupidly wearing shorts, we have both been stung by stnging nettles and have prickled fingers from the brambles, it was down a country lane near where we live so I was on my scooter, Im going back tomorrow with jeans and boots on :D determined to make jam
