Strangely I cant get any difference between standard/enhanced, both show the same buttons available as in the problem reply box image the original person linked but without the error on the right margin. Unless I'm missing something. Hope this helps.

Could it be that the old forum cookies are conflicting with the new ones?

Try clearing your cookies and see if that helps

No cookie problem here, if everyone was experiencing it the forums would be packed with reports. Besides maintenance was planned, the original post says its been upgraded, thankyou button is out TEMPORARILY, and will be resolved/improved like amongst other things in due course. Stop going over the same things, I'm sure these minor problems from this scheduled maintenance will be cleared up quickly. Meanwhile try clearing your cookies.

I dont know what the proper name for it is but the function where you insert a hyperlink but display another pice of text e.g. click HERE seems to have gone missing in action.
