Three customer services
Morning all
have been a customer of 3 for about 4 years on a £15 a month 500mins tariff with no problems at all, but i recently lost my mobile phone,
i phoned 3 from a landline and within 5 minutes my lost phone was blocked and i was sent a brand new sony erricson g502 and a new sim with my old number on it for the grand sum of £11 80 and i had to agree to a six month extension of my contract still at £15 a month.
excellent service from a company that gets a lot of bad press.
seriously impressed.
