I left neutral feedback & seller not happy!

I had a similar experience buying a jigsaw puzzle, sold "As new" the box turned up with a tear in it, the box was so well packaged it must have been like it before it was sent.
I had bought the puzzle as a present and didnt return the item as the seller suggested as I decided to keep it myself.
I left a neutral feedback saying something along the lines of "Item not as described, turned up damaged which couldnt have happened in post"
I got this in return.."BUYER HAS BEEN BLOCKED FROM SHOP. WOULD NEVER DEAL WITH AGAIN" although they did leave that with a positive feedback! lolMissing Tesco R&R since Feb '07 :A & now a "Tesco veteran" apparently!

Sellers have to leave a positive for their buyers. That is feedback abuse and you can get it removed (and the seller gets told off by ebay.Plushchris wrote: »I got this in return.."BUYER HAS BEEN BLOCKED FROM SHOP. ) http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/policies/feedback-abuse-withdrawal.html This is my opinion. There are many others like it but this is mine:kisses2: Fiancee of the "lovely" DaveAshton :kisses2:I am a professional ebay seller. I work hard at my job, I love my job, if you think it's silly that's your problem not mine.

If you have a problem with a buyer, and don't want them to buy from you again (and leave nasty feedback as revenge), simply add them to your Blocked Bidder List. That way, they can never trouble you again. Problem solved.0

Unless they have more than one ebay account and use the one that's not blocked.0
