After a while away from the boards, where not much has changed apart from actually nearing my Masters fund total (will be so happy come November when I actually have some money, £500 a month is really eating into my life!)

The only thing I had planned to to today was list old textbooks on Amazon (because people are going to be getting their reading lists soon!) which I have done. Lets hope I get some extra coinage from that!

Hope you are all having a great weekend!

  • Hi Everyone

Have not been on for a while but as of next week I will be back on more regualarly, probably just giving a weeks list at a time though to give me more time to get things done but will be reading threads and getting tips and ideas more often. I really need to get money making/saving more again. No where near my target but if I can make £2000-£2500 extra by doing extra stuff then at least that will allow me to reach at least 2 more of my goals by the end of the year, does everyone think this is achieveable in the next 4 months?

I was given a pay rise last week - hip hip horaay! :D:D:j:j of £1500 so will be getting an extra £76 a month after student loan deductions - this isn't to be included in the extra I want to make. I am still thinking of doing a second job but as the girl I worked with has just left and they are not exactly replacing her, I will be doing 2 peoples work (4 people used to do this job, then 3, then 2, now just me! My work reckon I will get some support from my colleuges, but I know what it's like and I know I will be on my own, at least for the most part) so I may be doing some extra hours so might not have time to leave work on time to get to another job on time, if that makes sense?

Any advice much appreciated, hope your all having a fab weekend :D

No you're not a vegetarian if you eat any animal or fish, so do not insult genuine veggies by calling yourself one!
