i havent left my kids or my partner thanks and she may be a heartless cow somedays but all women are i just think that the csa is a waste of time and the money should go in to a savings account where the ex wifes/parnters cant touch it cause we all know its not spent on the children its just about getting one over on your ex husband/partner
    sweeping generalisation.

Your statement referred to all women - not just one who you actually know.

Well that explains your narrow mind. Suggest you read more, better still learn more in the real world.

Eventually you will find there are pwc just as you describe, there's many more who are the opposite. Equally you will find there are good and bad nrp's.

the more you write the more it comes across is the facts youre jealous of him because he has made good for himself and you just want his money and didnt get any when you split perhaps if you stopped being a heartless cow and thought of youre children and not lining youre own pockets and you yes i mean YOU sat down and talked to him maybe he may just consider paying something

You seem to think that all PWCs can sit and chat nicely to the NRP and the NRP will agree to pay an amicable figure - it doesn't happen always - my ex refused a) to discuss anything and b) when I wrote to him asking for a contribution, he ignored the letter so tell me oh knowledgeable one, how we are supposed to get our ex's to pay when they won't acknowledge their children, nor will they even enter into discussion??? No, going without is not an option - they are his responsibility as well as ours.

true true they are his responsibility but were you in a long standing relantionship when you split ir was i a one night stand who you decided after a few years to youd get the money from i know men can be pains in the !!! im one and i do understand how hard it is to bring kids up on your own

but this whole process of sticking some willy nilly dad on the birth certificate and then expecting to claim money from no wonder theyre relucant to pay

you say going without is not an option what about women who refuse to claim from the csa are they all stupid
you get child benifit for each one of your kids child tax credits .. your wage or benifits ... and working tax credit to me thats more than enough money what do you want any more for

grees thats what it is ill have it cause i can

if the shoe was on the other foot would you be so willing to pay for kids you didnt see just because some crock of a company says you have to and the amounts that are decided arent fair either i dont think so

Not necessarily, they might be rich, or make an agreement that the NRP sticks to.....or any other situation that exists in people's lives.....

However, notwithstanding the sweeping generalisations; I think Evie knows
    a - her situation
    b - what she means.

Evie, I hope it gets sorted.

You can easily make £60k pa but yet pay yourself minimum wage and keep the rest in the company. Nothing illegal about this. Also, he is allowed a company car which is classed as an expense.

If he is SE which i gather he is, i suspect he will be trying his best in all legal ways to have a low assessment.

The CSA calls that diversion of income.
