I left Yorkshire a long time ago because Yorkshire folk are too generous by half for my tastes. This house still looks very expensive for the area.

I would thoroughly recommend talking to the council first, since if it's anything like I remember in some parts of the north there are masses of unrented DSS flats. In which case you'd be wasting your money.“The ideas of debtor and creditor as to what constitutes a good time never coincide.”
