Ooo I like it. It's got a little ramp in the kitchen for the pontipines.

Welll I LOVE IT. I reckon if I wait til December I might get another 2.5% off though.

Course prices could go up by 2.5% and then I wont be able to afford it.

    Nice.

Just the sort of place to bring your kids up.

Or drag them up, as the case may be.

You can see what they tried to do with the space. It's minimalist but at the same time crap.

Note the kitchen diner, which is "flooded with light".

    A flat there (number 14) was £11k in 2002 and £60k in 2006
    http://www.houseprices.co.uk/e.php?q=NE5+3BL&n=100

Looks like the price for the OP's house is overpriced as it's about 2004 prices, should be back to 2003 by now, so the real value is more like £18k.

Where I come from, £18k would just buy you the smallest, tiniest of flats (small house, split into 2) 30 years ago... unbelievable how cheap other areas have been even recently.

Um, it's in (I assume) a dodgy area of Newcastle. If its anywhere like the areas of blackburn similarly priced just because it's £30k doesn't mean its a bargain.
