ii give up emailed deloittes they are not good they hardly ever reply fscs dont have a clue i might see a cheque before march when the cash back is due hopefully

well i ainr sure there doing my nut when i spoke to them a few weeks ago they said give it a couple of weeks then it would be with fscs but i have tried emailing both but they dont reply and when you ring fscs its like trying to talk to a bunch of fools.the same bloke always awsers and he dont have a clue about anything.

Sorry to hear that, they (the FSCS) should at least be able to tell you where your claim is at the moment.

Well, FSCS have received our returned cheque, so now we have to wait(again) for them to re-issue:mad:

As they only have cheque runs on a Friday and Tuesday, could be tomorrow, but then could be next Wednesday.
