Busbyh great news for you too, i really hope this kicks off a new era of good times for all of you.
My case is being held up by the liars i pay my mortgage to, i have had to register an official complaint as they have deliberately misled me and deliberately held up my case as they seem to have thought for some reason that the claim was against them! but thats another story !! i am encouraged by recent payouts that my claim will be successful in the end so i am prepared to wait a bit longer, i can,t see the new bathroom going in by christmas but hopefully january and it,ll be nice to pay a bit off the mortgage, so in general hicups with idiot bankers aside, Good Times !!
Similar happened to us with BS. Total b***S up When we rang she asked if the info was to do with another loan we wanted:eek::eek:They ended up faxing the info to us and we faxed to to DELOITTE.

We did!!! With C&G - should do the sensible thing and pay of a lump sum!!! But sat fantasing and looking at holidays!!!!!!:cool:
Busby I have everything crossed for your daughter - now it is back with the FSCS it should be quick for her - they told me there was no back log and i got mine in a week!:A:A
That's what I am counting on pengi, being no backlog, that's also why I do think we will all be paid out soon.

She has until March and they are trying to redeploy them:eek:probably offer them something totally unsuitable rather than pay them redundancy, but can then say "well we did offer you a job. Not sure i understand it all but they took the (original PPI premium) + (interest paid to C & G to date) - (rebate upon cancellation) + (reasonable rate of return)= compensation figure.
They have used the same formula on the original loan and the one we remortgaged on!
They have then dedocted the 10% as they only pay 90% of anything above £2000.
Hopefully this is good news for all of you waiting!

what did they put for rebate due on cancellation, (as we didn't receive any)
