My hubby rang the 02 number as had no joy with the other and there was a very nice outgoing guy on the phone, maybe if you do decide to call them, it will be that one who answers, but he was very good.

I'm really pleased to hear that a cheque is on the way to you and I'm keeping everything crossed that ours is in the same batch!!

Still trying to get it into my little brain of mine.......:o:D, the fact that the guy just said "the cheque is sent today" was great news.......so at least we know its sucessful.
However its all for the mortgage arrears, keep them quiet for a little while, not expecting a lot back, only what it should be, but it will be a help and better than nothing.:beer::j:j

Wow Di Really happy for you, i would,ve felt guilty if i got my cheque before you !!! Hope it brings an end to all your troubles. Busbyh,s water is proving quite reliable after all !!
My case is still the same, mortgage company sent info snail mail to deloittes friday, i will ring for status tomorrow figers crossed it will be with the fscs. Anybody know how long the fscs are taking at the mo ?
