It was my first draft and I think there is room for improvement. I'll keep at it.;)

Couldn't even guess how long it would take. Hopefully not too long.

It doesn't take a minute to print of the payment and interest details, but maybe they have to contact the Insurers for info regarding any possible claims that have been made or rebates paid.

Hi Busbyh that is really good hun do you think it might be worth putting in about the policy being single premium and that the cover was for five years only but you had to pay for it for the full term of the loan. Like the couple you have metioned in the Sun our PPI cost £21950 but we would have paid in the region of £54000:eek: that is more than half the loan:eek:for five years cover on my hubby only, my cover was for death only which we didnt know. Hope you dont mind me mentioning this hun.;)

Yes I read it a while ago I think they got all the PPI back too not just what they had paid plus 8% interest. I think this went throught the FOS though as I seem to recall it was first plus and they arnt in default this is why I think it is unfair if we dont get the full amount back and interest as it is almost like we are being punished for Picture going bust Do you see where I am coming from?

Yes, I think you are right. It was First Plus and they did get it all back. That,s the difference with us having to go through FSCS. and the 8% interest. It's maddening, isn't it?
