The case was passed to FSCS so dont know if we won or not

    Thanks Funky.

I've been thinking about your email and I think it is just a standard response. The FSCS are so busy that they are not going to want to get drawn into any discussions unless they absolutely have to. I do think though they should be more open about their decisions to save us all from unnecessary worry.

I am sure you are going to be fine :-)

Oh i am so worried no, it better not take ages to arrive!!
Funky I know it is worrying but I think it all depends on who answers your email or takes your call, as to the info they give out I am sure it will be fine:T:T:T

Morning Alyson, I will deffo keep you posted. I just hope they were right about it being a matter of weeks. Will you phone again to chase it up, or will you leave it for a while? I am guessing that there is no point in harassing at this stage.

Just out of curiosity can anyone tell me at what stage are case workers assigned and how do you find out who yours is?

PS Got my fingers crossed for some cheques for people today. :D

I know what you mean about harassing them - but I don't want to get left behind if you know what I mean!!:eek:

How often does everyone else contact Deloittes over their case??

ANYWAY - ANY GOOD NEWS OUT THERE TODAY? FINGERS CROSSED FOR ALL YOU WAITING FOR THE POSTMAN!!!!! xxxx :D:D
Feeling like we were sucked in by the hard sell & lack of info / advice!
Well done to everyone who's won their claims & good luck to those ongoging!:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

Hi Alyson throughout all this time I have contacted them at least once a week. Either deloitte or the fscs. I know what you mean about feeling like you are constantly on at them but you need to know whats going on so dont feel guilty just do it.:T:T

    Hello everyone

    Good luck for today.;)

In regards of Funky, I agree it can depend who you speak to, if Deloittes dealt with this, even though I understand it would be FSCS who give the decision, and to agree to Deloittes, maybe deloittes will tell you something.

Not sure but just a thought.
I'm sure it's all okay though.;)

Personally I think as you have all been waiting an awful long time, they could at least say what the outcome is, its been an agonising wait for everyone.
