Thanks tim it sounds like you have a caseworker so when you ring ask who it is and if you can speak to them they asked me that just before it went back to the fscs so it should be nearly finished with at deloitte. Whenit does go back to the fscs it will be then passed to a administrator who will check it. The time this takes varies mine was done more or less straight away as I am priority due to repo give them a call.

You had lots of reasons down, didnt you dialysis. I know I did also and although I would be shocked if we didn't get it, I see feel a wee bit concerned.

I think one of our strongest reasons is the difference in the original T&Cs and the copy they sent us i.e the copy showed what you could expect to pay over the term of the loan for just under £9000 PPI it would have been over £16000 that was without any increases in the % rate. The original only showed the actual PPI amount.
    Here's hoping;)

It it was £16000 at todays % rate imagine how much it could end up costing at the end of the 25yers term. With the Increases. Doesn't bare thinking about. There are other reason I stated also

Busbyh I think most of us had some of the same reasons, and they are still all single premium so I dont think you have tio worry i am sure it will be successful busbyh. And you have the T&Cs we didnt have that so you will win hun. When are you ringing again?

My son in law rang last Friday and it was still with deloitte. they are still waiting for info from the new lender for the exact interest they have paid, since Picture was paid off. He did say to deloitte he would call the BS himself, which he has, but they(deloitte) said there would be little point as Deloitte and FSCS have more clout and they should responf fairly soon. This is all they are waiting for apparantley.
I think he may ring them again this Friday
