I check on the FSCS website daily, considering TWOPART went into default as confirmed by both the FSCS and Deloitte, its still not listed.
I'ts just been over a month now since they have gone in default (8 Sept 2009).
It would be helpful if they did list this, for any new claimers when they are searching. The one and only "Dizzy Di"

Bottom line I think is that the FSCS are drowning.....They simply were not designed to cope with the amount of work they have been expected to do over the last year.
Remember they've had to deal with ICEsave, Landesbank and a host of others that went belly up a while back and the system they work within isn't designed for speed.
Basically the FSCS is an oil tanker not a speed boot and it takes a long time to change direction even if there is a bloddy great iceberg in the way!:rolleyes:0
