    Hi all,

Had one of them Questionairs today from Deliotte, asking for the same info as is on the prevoius claim form.

Is this good news, does this mean that they are looking at my claim?

    Lian

    Hi Lian

The main of us here have received these Supplementary Questionnaires, we did end up completing ours as well, but some have been told to ignore them, but maybe its best to complete it anyway, just in case, here is the email I received the other day in regards of the questionnaire from deloittes, when I questioned them on this:
    Dear

I confirm we have sent claimants a supplementary questionnaire to ensure that we have correct and up to date information to help with our review of the claim. Therefore whilst you may have provided some of this information previously, I would be grateful if you would complete and return the questionnaire so that we have the up to date details.

I confirm that we have requested the information from your new lender but cannot give a timescale on how long they will take to respond to us.

first, congratulations to those that have had a payout - its been really good reading..

I have a letter from delloites today - first time they have made contact and with a ref number around 1010.

As i still have a loan with picture - if i am successful and they payout would i expect a cheque or rescheduled payments as if i never took out the ppi. PPi was for approx £13k taken in 2005 and for 300 months. no payments missed and 2 payouts from insurance so far due to not claiming.

    thanks

    netabc
Hi netbc and welcome:T All who have been paid out have recived cheques for the full PPI amount plus interest from date of default and payments already made. I am expecting mine in this week and I presume it will be the same. We are expected to address wether we pay it to Picture or not My loan is still current too.

hI Lian have you told them hubby is out of work? I got one of those and was told b deloitte not to fill it in sent in error but others on here were told to fill it in. I did send it in the end anyway. I am sure they are looking at your claim lian whendid your previous form go the fscs?

Hi Di I mean Lian lmao Xx

As hubby is not exactly back in work yet.......
We also told FSCS and Deloittes our situation, with none of us working, as he lost his job, I am a full time carer for my son with with autism and made them aware of mortgage arrears as well.
Even though we are ref number 00001 the first one with TWOPART Ltd, this does not guarantee us to be dealt with first, so made them aware of our situation anyway.

Mine went in with the FSCS July 2008.

Deloittes did tell me though it should be prioritised, and will no doubt get these details from the mortgage lender as well, meanings they are waiting for details from them.;)
    Fingers crossed.

I know we are all struggling on here to make ends meet and although I am priority due to imminent repossesion by Picture:mad::mad: what a cheek they sold me the duff policy that has put us in this position anyway, and although this is the case I do think we should all be priority as we all need this money now!!!
