I have just called picture about my missed repayment this month. Thanks for the advice I did what you said and made a small contribution repayment. Told them I was hoping to hear from FSCS by end of October and would repay arrears then. He was more than happy:D

I like the "final decision is authorised and issued by the FSCS" bit ,adds weight to the FSCS part is only dotting i's and crossing t's and sending a cheque.

Totally different to what I were all led to be beleive that deloitte had the final decision and worked out the calcs soneone is telling porky pies:mad::mad:

I think that Deloittes make the decision and calculations and these are checked and authorised by the FSCS and they then send a cheque.

Well i wish they'd bloody hurry up and start deciding and adding up lol :mad::mad::mad: I am no good at maths but it cant be that difficult ssurely theyve been at it for over a year
