    Hey Guys

Sounds like good news for everyone:beer:

Here is my e-mail from the FSCS I posted it earlier on my original thread.

It does not mention cheque that was mentioned on the telephone coversation.

    Dear......

We expect to be in a position to send out our decision on your claim within the next 2 weeks or sooner.

If you have any questions, please telephone our helpline on 020 7892 7300 or 0800 678 1100, and we will be happy to be of assistance.

    Yours sincerely

    Gary Robinson
    Senior Claims Officer

It was the 2 weeks or SOONER that I liked best.

My friend that got the grumppy operator at FSCS - I was with them and the phone was on loudspeaker it was as I said.

He said if we keep getting e-mails and phone calls wanting to know every step that is being taken then we can't deal with the claims. He was really rude. He then said what is the ? my friend wanted the answer to? she said it doesn't matter I will wait. She crumbled!!!!

She is terified to phone again:eek::eek:

It does make you feel like you are being a pian but we are all so desperate and that is what they should realise. I know they have a job to do but if we are given the info in the first place we wouldnt have to phone or email. I know I get nervous every time I ring.

I would have reported him, this is a helpline, they are not there to put people off. I'm sure he would have been hauled over the coals for that. I know I would in my job:mad::mad::mad: In that type of work , you just have to grit your teeth, even if you are fed up. It is not acceptable.

Sorry for thinking it may have been exaggerated:o

Dont get nervous dialysis. It is your money and you have a right to know what they are doing with it. Let them get stroppy with you, they can't see you and have not been in your position of losing your home and fighting for this for 2 years. You give them a call. They don.t own you!!!!:D
