Hi, I recently received my BMI card and used it a couple of times to be able to receive my free 20000 Air Miles. As I have an Amex Blue, I stopped using the BMI card. I passed the spending limit of £250 about a month ago, but there's still no sign of the 20,000 air miles. I phoned BMI and MBNA and neither seems to know what's going on. Has anyone else had problems claiming their air miles?
