Hi All
Just phoned Orange to cancel an orange contract and the chap I spoke to said I didn't have to write to orange to officially request a cancellation of the contract - he said the phone call was sufficient!
Is that right? I could have sworn last time I spoke to someone at Orange they said I had to write to them!?
Anyone any ideas?
