Does anyone actually work at T-Mobile customer services?!?!? No matter how long I leave it going no-one picks up at the other end.
I've got a duff SIM card from them and I want to transfer my number over from Vodafone but there doesn't seem to be anyone working there plus I have to pay since I cannot ring 150 due to the duff SIM card.
AARRRRGGHH!!
*update* Joy!

When you say duff sim card, what do you mean? I got a connection from a dealer with a 'duff sim' - that is to say some idiot caused the wrong sim to be live - they never even offered to refund the 2 days line rental, during which I had no service!!!Certain OTT members have caused me to add this disclaimer: all advice given is free of charge & as such should be taken to be IIRC (as I don't spend hours researching all answers  )!0

It was weird.
It kept coming up 'SIM card registration failed' but following advise from another money saver (another thread on the board, sorry I don't have the name to hand) I managed to sort it out by having the charger plugged in whilst the phone was off and then turning it on....
All working fine now... strange that t-mobile would never pick up when I called them from a land line but picked up straight away when my mobile was working....0
