Have you asked them?
Possibly return the one you do not like and get a change to something else for a small fee.0 -
They used to sell refurbs at half of the new price.
I was going to get one about 3 months ago but never bothered in the end.0 -
Look at Cex or a well known mobile phone buyer for a price for your old handset.
You could use the cash towards one that you like or trade it for a higher price @ CEX.
O2 normally only consider an upgrade in the last month of your contract BUT doesn't harm if you ask.0 -
Thanks all, looks like i need to start saving or put up with the phone as its payg prices to buy another phone as buying out the contract or starting another isnt an option. I could put new phone on my xmas list
The more i save the more i can spend:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:0 -
Look in the O2 website for a new payg. They are sometimes quite reasonably priced. Simply chuck away the new sim that comes with it and put your current one in.
I got a nice new Samsung for my better half for just over £30.0 -

Thats what I done this weekend, went to the 02 shop and bought a nice shiney Sony Ericsson C903 and I love it, its similar to the K850i that I did have but much nicer and much easier to navigate than the samsung :j I just need to find out whether I can get the £10 credit that I had to buy transfered back to my contract and also whether I should have got a little discount with me being a current customer
The more i save the more i can spend:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:0
