in Water bills
Hi,
I wonder if anyone can help me...
I have recently received my third water bill from Anglian Water. The first was for Feb - Aug 08 = £104, the second was for Aug 08 - Jan 09 = £62, the third was for Jan 09 - Jul 09 = £703!!! All of these bills are based on actual meter readings.
There are no leaks, as I have carried out the leak tests as instructed by Anglian Water. The meter reading is actual and is accurate. However, I do not understand how I can have gone from using an average of 50m cubed to using 261m cubed, when there have been no changes in the number of people or water comsumption at the property.
Has anyone else had a similar problem?
Thanks,
