Nuisance Phone Calls
I keep receiving phone calls to my mobile from what I presume is a debt collection agency asking for someone I'm going to refer to as Ms T. The calls always go straight to my voicemail and my phone never rings.
I have phoned the company back numerous times telling them that this has nothing to do with me, however they continue to phone. I did manage to find out that they are apparently not phoning my number but possibly Ms T has set up her phone to divert all calls to my phone.
I have phoned my service provider and they have offered me a free number change, however I have had this mobile number for the last 8 years and I am reluctant to do that other than they can do nothing else for me.
I sent the company a email yesterday saying that I would be contacting my solicitor to discuss this matter but I don't honestly know if he could do anything.
Any advise on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
