INQ1 on 3 pay monthly - using last.fm????

DD has got one of these and it has various things built in, such as Facebook and Last.fm.
We were told at the outset that she would be charged outside her monthly allowance to use Facebook & Skype (Free for all? Pah!), unless we buy an internet add-on, but that Windows Messenger can be used for free.
However, nobody at 3 seems quite sure whether there is a charge for last.fm! And we can't find any info on the website.
Does anyone use it and know?
