simply be taking payment from debit card

as per the question, how can they take the money from my account when i have not ordered the bed on debit account but on credit account.i have at no point put in my security pin code to order on my debit card, and yes i am switched on (not impressed by that at all) so how can they take the money?
as for what was my son sleeping on, he was sleeping on an air bed on the floor, and as for freecycle our closest group is 66 miles away and the next is 89 miles away, not all of us live in or near cities/towns that operate freecycle groups. :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

as per my reply THEY CANT ,you have to change the payment from the credit acc default setting and even if your card is registered on the acc you still have to input the 3 digit code on the back of the card. maybe you did it by accident but you have to accept resonsability for this error.

Well they have, going to bank tomorrow appointement with manager help to sort it out he looked into it for me and agrees that thet took it without permission

So what did the bank manager say then? This whole thing seems a bit strange as i don't see how they can take money out of your account without your security code which obviously you haven't given. I wonder how thats happened! Did you order online or over the phone? I suppose if you ordered over the phone then perhaps the advisor made a mistake? I've used the online ordering and its impossible to take the money off your card unless you click the box, and the default is customer account.

Anyway hope you've sorted it out!

they say it was computer error on their side, very sorry and assure it wont happen again.
