In fairness Vodafone have done nothing wrong - why should they lend you a free phone.
I have contracts with both Orange and Vodafone and think both are quite good.
It is these bloody cashbacks that cause the problem (grrr E2Save)Cheers,

There isn't any network at all who will "lend you a phone" if yours is lost unless you've taken out insurance that covers your phone. Why would they? It's your property, you lost it, your problem. A silly reason to leave Vodafone if they're offering the best deals.0

The best thing to do is buy a PAYG phone on Vodafone, since they've given you a replacement sim. Businesses are meant to fleece people and not to be kind. No one will offer you anything unless they'll make money out of you.:jDON'T STEAL!!! Government HATES competition!:D Pay your tax and make voluntary contributions to the government! :A:T0
