Thats ok. It does seem an odd way of doing it. Everytime I have had an amount recredited to my account through a refund it has been -£xxx that's why it was my first responce. Glad it all worked out ok for you!

I would still check my account later today and get a statement to be sure it has all gone through ok, just to be on the safe side. (I am a worrier, until I see it back in my account!)

Nothing showing up in my account today bank said it can take 2-3 days

Just relised the guy hasnt given me the refund receipt back to me for the first phone:mad:,is this a problem?or will i still receive my refund ok?thanks

Thought id let you know checked my bank account earlier and the money has been refunded,thanks everyone for your help:T:T:T

No problem, glad you got it all sorted :j
To be fair when DH had a problem with his Iphone the apple guys were fantastic and helped him solve the issue, even though O2 should have been the ones sorting it. Anyway, glad it all worked out.
