3 Skypephone Problem
Hi.
I ordered a 3 Skypephone S2 which I received today which I am pleased with. However the problem is that 3 took out the £39.99 for the phone and then took another £5 out:mad:. Does anyone know what this £5 is for? Can I get it refunded? Does anyone know 3's customer service number?

I had the same thing happen with two £5s taken out this Monday when I purchased a 3 skypephone from three mobile online. My credit card bank contacted me because it was a strange transaction and had set alarm bells going (which is how I know). They believe it is a fraudulent transaction and cancelled the credit card and have issued a replacement. Maybe you should ring your credit card company.0
