new mobile, free PSP and cashback

Hi, not sure if this has been posted before, but my friend told me to check out the website https://www.dialaphone.co.uk. She's just received a mobile phone on the T Mobile network (flext package). She pays £35 per month and recieves £180 worth of texts and calls per month. The contract is for a minimum of 18mths and with some phones you can claim cashback (think this will be taken off your bill on certain months) and can choose a free gift from PSP, X Box 360, Video i pod or a 17" LCD tv. Even if you didn't want the free gift i suppose it would sell on ebay and effectively pay the mobile tariff for a year?
I'm not too good on mobile phones so I don't know whether they're the latest models but I'm just doing it for the free PSP! My friend has already recieved her X Box and her husband has just ordered his phone with the free tv. The offer ends on 30th April though. Hope this is useful!
