I just cancelled my orderes with them scared of the cash back terms like 14 days to send the invoice and all cash backs cancelled if they reject the first one.
they refused to be flexible at all even if the delay is because of network fault.0 -
I have an email from them saying they are happy for you to downgradeafter 6 months which is a plus I guess - however they declined my quidco for no reason and haven't answered the quidco enquiry since DecemberI think....0

Credit where it is due - they have now agreed to pay my quidco money so to date I would definitely recomend themI think....0
