Honeymoon Ideas

We are getting married in Spring next year and are trying to come up with Honeymoon ideas for March/April but are struggling to come up with somewhere that we want to go to.
Our priorities are:
1) A beach resort (this isn't an absolute but preferred)
2) Warm-ish or hot weather
3) A good deal!!!
I would have loved to go to to the Maldives for a week but dont think that would be very moneysaving somehow! We wouldn't mind going to a very quiet resort or a resort with lots to do. As long as there aren't a lot of clubs but we don't mind bars and restaurants etc. We would be happy to fly long haul or even stay more local. I think the main problem is that we would be happy to go almost anywhere so it is hard for us to choose.
Does anyone have any advice or reccomendations?

I would think you could get a week in the Maldives for your budget, but there are obviously other places where you could get more for your money. I don't think its so much about moneysaving - if you have the funds then I think you should do what makes you happiest - especially since it is your honeymoon! :j0 -
Last year my OH took me to the Maldives for my birthday in June, he only paid just over £1000 for the both of us!0

I love Thailand!
Its cheap when you get there to eat out and stuff.
I think the weather changes a bit on where you go, so check that out.
Also not sure if it would fall in your budget, but I would think so.
(I haven't been very helpful have I?)

Cuba is lovely and should be in your budget if you steer clear of easter weeks.0

It has to be DUBAI !
If you like, send me a PM and I'll put you in touch with someone that'll give you a world of advice entirely free of charge with no obligation at all. I use her for all my holidays (and our honeymoon 5 years ago too)0 -
Mauritius.
Pick an All Inclusive resort.
Sometimes you can get deals where bride goes free or half price.0
