6230 cover help

im having troubles opening the back cover of my 6230. i press the button at the back then slide up as the instructions in the manual says, but the cover wont budge!! im i doin sumthing wrong? has anyonw else got the same problem?

Okay... I'm not being sarcastic.... they are a pain in the butt... you're not doing it wrong...they are just REALLY hard to get off.. but get a little easier once you have done it a couple of times...

Yeh, they're difficult to get off. Keep trying or give to someone else to try. I get pee'd off and give it to hubby to do. That is the one thing that annoys me with that phone.

ok, how far down does the button have to got, may be im not pushin the button down properly.... iv been trying so hard it just dont budge!!!!!!!!!!!! it does slide upwards doesnt it?
