I wouldnt make a special trip in to town just to post it and hopefully the correct item will arrive asap.
  • Sorry if I've missed something, but why couldn't you just send it back in the packaging they sent it in?

Oh I sure wont I did that on saturday and forgot the address as I have a lot of things on my plate at the moment and I am getting all my stuff ready for my holiday next week etc etc. It was a birthday present ... bit late now . I'll send it when I next go into town and forget it.

I bought me a to you bear best mum mug and bear set and a tea towel off the same seller. Recieved my order today and its the wrong mug. Infact its the wrong mug and doesnt include the bear which is infact what I actually ordered.

Also the inside of the box of the mug is ripped. Even if it was the right order I dont think i would be best pleased with it being ripped.

What do I do now? I know I have to send it back recorded delivery etc. But will I get my postage refunded? They are a business.

I've messaged them and just waiting to here back from them now.

    Many thanks.

    Calm down.

They're a business seller, and like me, they probably want to keep their customers happy. They've already admitted they made a mistake, and have offered to sort it out for you. Seems like the hard work's already been done.

Why create problems that aren't there? Put a little note in the new box with the mug asking them to refund the £2 the box cost you, on top of the postage. By all means put the receipt in with it if you wish.

Most sellers are pretty normal people, and understand how a problem like this can blow up in their faces, and how much it might be preying on your mind, so they'll do their utmost to make it easy for you.

Exclamation and question marks - ONE exclamation mark or question mark is sufficient to exclaim or ask about something. More than one just makes you look/sound like a prat.

I am calm. I already asked if the seller would refund for my box and they said no which is fair enough. I just wont be going out my way to send it back I will send it back when I am next in town :o
