She joined today, posted about a "magnificent deal", then referred to her husband who is supposed to be her "fiance" and all 9 posts are about these great bargain invitations? She got very defensive when challenged (as it seems obviously spam), and then says the business got horrible calls from this forum? (and how would the card maker know what client had put her phone number up here?)

People here are very good at spotting spam!

I'm obviously oblivious to the spam here! is she making htem herself and trying to drum up business by posting as if to say its a third person? How cheeky if so, and I would have thought not a good way to go about getting business! why lie.............

I was above refering to the comments about it being a complete waste of money, or her having more money then sense, I just didn't see the point in remarking these things when it's simply a matter of choice, I myself an spending quite a bit on wedding stationary but it's one of the things near the top of my list. keep friendly guys ; ) this is what I love about you all!

Okay, I was a bit rude, but I was also very offended by the suggestion that I was not genuine...sorry for any offense.

As for the phone number...I dont know how many people she may have tried but when she mentioned the forum I told her it was me, she thanked me and asked me kindly to remove her number.

And finally, I did not post in special occasions because I did not know it existed, I found marriages and thought this would be the right place...

Anyway, I have learned a valuble lesson about forums...

I said that because OP said she didn't want anything cheap and tacky ~ cheap doesn't have to mean tacky at all.

Actually i didnt say the OP had more money than sense, I said 'people' with more money than sense.;)
