WHAT have vodafone done to their online billing??

ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

saw my direct debits yesterday for amounts not correlating to the price plan I agreed with and wanted to check my online bills, I've been registered for yonks and have previously viewed my bills before (although they could never get it to work on a mac :rolleyes:)

Today, I try to log-in and there's no trace of my bills, my vodafone at home bills and it has my details from 4 YEARS ago!!!

Why are they always attempting to "upgrade" a website that never works?

    I used to use it to check how many minutes I had left, now I stay well away cos they have messed it up and cant seem to tell you properly anymore:rolleyes:

    Same with me not happy at all. They must make a point of wasting out time. I've got better things to do than spend time on the phone with them

    Also, I had a problem needed sorting out, typed out a huge long page of stuff to email to them on their contact page and it vanished, wouldnt send, didnt work

    191 told me it was a known issue and that it will be resolved ASAP.

    Last time I heard that about online billing it took 9 months :rolleyes:

    If anyone would like me to look into their indiviual situation further, I would be happy to. Email your details using the Contact Us form with a link to this thread and WRT135 in the body of the text. If it is a particularly long email I'd suggest writing elsewhere and then copy/paste onto the form so it doesn't time out.

    Hi superjaggybunnet,

    There're a few ways through which you can get this information.

    1) Register for online billing through My Account here.
    2) Call 44555 select the option one.
    3) Customer Services on 191 will be able to access your unbilled usage and provide you with the information you need.
