New Aerial Needed

thanks for that, so all i need to do is buy the card and a standard box?
does the box come with scart sockets to connect to the aerial and the tv.
It will have scart connections, but you may need to buy a scart cable to connect it to the TV, it may come with the cabl to connect it to the Sky socket on the wall, but if it doesn't you can get them in B&Q easy enoughPrevious owner has left us a sky aerial then all i need to do is get a box and card you say- any idea how much this would cost approximately (not from ebay.)
The previous link has the cards for £40 or so, may be cheaper elsewhere, if you can pick up a second hand box from someones old contract that card will often suffice if the owner had it downgraded properly(best check elsewhere on that though)You've saved me loads of money as I'd have otherwise got another aerial installed. If i use the existing sky aerial am i right in saying i will not have access to the freeview channel even if i have a freeview box? What if the freeview is built into the tv?
Thanks for your help-really appreciate it!
A freeview box and a Sky box have a different connection so you can't connect a freeview box/or freeview TV to a sky dish point nor a sky box to a standard aerial point directly0
