Dam..Cleaver quoted before I could edit. I didn't intend for it to sound like that...promise,
  • By posh do you mean well spoken and moneyed, like Kirsty?

    Sounds like jealousy to me.

Would you prefer the show to have ungrammatical idiots looking around bedsits.

I'd do you a nice simple pizza, but one of my faves:

Homemade, very thin base, chorizo, mushroom, mozzarella, a bit of fresh chilli and a sprinkling of parsley and basil on top at the end.
I don't like chorizo or mushroom; I would like spicy beef or spicy chicken, hot peppers, green/yellow/red peppers, onions, mozzarella, pineapple.

Which is exactly what I had for dinner tonight.
I had to use up some small new spuds I bought at the tail end of last week for 25p (reduced/best before last week) - and I had to use up some eggs (bought 15, have to eat them before the 22nd). So, eggs and spuds boiled, I looked around and spotted a packet of pasta I'd opened last week (first bag I'd bought/cooked for 5+ years), so cooked that.

So tea tonight was: homemade potato salad (potatoes, salad cream, red onions, dried basil); pasta mixed with sweet chilli mayo; a boiled egg.

And, as I've made that, that's now what I'll be eating for the next 2 days.

Still got some bl00dy carrots and parsnips I bought 2 weeks ago that I intended to turn into a veggie curry ... so I guess that's the weekend food.

One day I will start a proper economic thread, which is just serious discussion. About gilts. Or yields. Or national debt. Or gilting yielding national debts. Something like that.

Didn't you already do a thread about how to stimulate the economy? I still like your naked women on banknotes idea.

Jeez Cleaver - talk about Mr. Popular. I missed a trick somewhere.

I could do a line like this...
"Bit risky naming a kid Clitoris. Real risk of not being able to find her."
..and what - get maybe 4 thanks - probably from rewired, you (out of courtesy for the name check), LIR for the sympathy vote and someone who is probably a Broderick alias and likes the word clitoris.

I mean it's hardly worth the effort.

And my old stalwart of "House Prices are dropping" is normally trumped by you saying "I hate people who keep saying house prices are dropping".

Sorry bit of a ramble. Lost it big time.

But dense. You can't buy brains.
And why would anybody be jealous just because they have an opinion?
I think you must be bitter and passive aggressive

If anyone cares I had an apple, a glass of milk and a litre and a half of water. I hve calories left over from today so I have a choice: I could drink 119 of them or save them up. I think I'm going to save them up. :)
