A Bit Confused

I recently purchased a new 02 contract from e2save. I bought the phone
on the 7th of april.My old number got ported from 3 to 02 on the 18th of april.
I rang up cpw o2 customer services today to know when my first bill will be
arriving and the lady on the phone told me that there is no records of my
account on the system. I am just wondering if any one has had a similar experience and should it take this long to set me up on the sytem.

CALLED up again today and was told the accounts department has somehow overlooked my details ..... Thats why i was not set up on the sytem for billing. The guy on the phone said i should be up and running by next week gutted there goes all my free calls for the next 12 months0
