Can I cancel my mobile contract if they have overcharged

Hi,

I had taken a o2 contract through retentions a few months back. I was promised in writing 15 pound discount on the tariff of 35 quid.
I just noticed that they have been charging me 25 quid instead of 20.

Can I cancel the contract as they have increased the line rental more than 5% without informing me which I think breaks the terms of contract.

What do you guys think?

Thanks

No, its a billing error, not a change to T&C's. Call them and they'll sort it out and refund you the over payment as long as it not more then 3 months. They work on you checking your bill when it comes in. . .
