I have been in this country for a while, this is my first credit contract with O2 through CPW. I placed order online and after sometime recieved phone call from OSPS that o2 require £100 as security deposit fom my CC, o2 gonna refund after six month, I said OK, Now I recieved phone but there is nothing written that I will get refund. On invoice its printed as CPWS Credit Check Deposit. Is that enough to claim refund after six months????

The refund is automatically credited to your o2 account after six months. If you want it back as a cheque call them after five months and they'll send it out.0
