Id put a note through their door...I mean are they actually getting up at that time or is it going off by mistake?

Ooooo you've been spending the clothes budget ;) Now Ive been given a £50 boden voucher which of course I haven't paid for and wondering whether I should just use that and count it towards my £100 or shall I just not include it, spend it and still remain at £0/£100 for the challenge....thoughts?

I think he is a taxi driver so might be getting up for a shift at that time, could hear him talking this morning after it went off.

I would say if it's a free voucher you can spend it and it doesn't count - just spend it wisely ;)

Ah Id let him off...well as long as he a) gets a quieter alarm or b) actually gets up instead of letting it go off over and over!!

Voucher has been burning a hole in my pocket but am waiting until they are having a good deal on discount and free postage before I buy B some swimmers and maybe some shoes for summer. Would save me spending money out the budget then. To be honest the £100 is basically going to go on summer school uniform and shoes new uniform in September. She will need new everything plus a coat so need to really stick to budget and be sensible.

I think it's because it's a phone alarm and it vibrates first - probably wouldn't hear the 'tune' if it wasn't for the buzzing...

I'd never looked at Boden before - not cheap are they?

No but their clothes are just devine...and they last for years and years and re-sell on ebay! B lives in Boden clothes, most have been bought in sale or off ebay. In fact most of the things ive bought for her in the sale, she has worn for a year and then I have sold on ebay for more than I paid for them originally :)

Sounds well worth it then :) They certainly look nice!

Clothes challenge is certainly making me think about what I buy rather than just picking up bits and pieces. Would like a denim skirt and a flowery floaty sort of dress for summer but will try and get those with vouchers from somewhere... or possibly charity shop.

Betty Jackson.Black from Debenhams - I really like her stuff. Your cardigan sounds nice :)

I did say at the start of this diary I was trying to make an effort to look smart - maybe I should have daily pics of my clothes to make me stick to it :rotfl:
