Has anyone managed to get through and speak to anyone at T-mobile?!
I've just signed up for the flext 35 but the SIM card is says 'SIM card registration failed' when I turn on the phone.
I also have my PAC code to transfer my number over to T-mobile from Vodafone but no one ever answers the phone and since I cannot ring from my mobile I'm being charged for the calls from my BT line.
Starting to think I made a bad choice leaving vodafone, at least they actually answer the phone when you ring....
