Must admit to getting quite excited when I first saw this offer (I am an existing customer) but the realisation of the limited bandwidth killed the idea.
I would agree with the earlier poster about the excellence of their customer services, they have an excellent ticketing system which lets you know where you are in the queue and it works efficiently to get you back on track. (One query in three years)
Don't understand the poster who questioned the navigation of the site it's very simple to find information in my experience.
I hope Martin's upgrade improves this site!
Plusnet is a provider I would recommend as a heavy user, I note it won uswitch.com ISP of the year this year, although I wouldn't have much faith in these industry awards.
Anyway basically as broadband goes it's a good provider, and worth a punt but not this package which will kill you with average use.

A 50MB per month allowance is nothing. I typically get over 10Mb of 'noise' per day, so you are really doing a full blown Pay As You Go so why not sign up to the PlusNet PAYG account. It is the same 14.99 a month with a 1GB allowance. Extra allowance is £1 per GB (0.001p per MB) and you get bundled PlusTalk minutes. Although PlusTalk didn't look that attractive when I last checked.

PlusNet customer service somes in two flavours, some staff are clueless, some are really great. You have to hope you get one of the latter (or find out which forums they monitor). At least they are not based in India.
