Crossing road when children around?

If the road is clear then I will cross, even when I have my children with me. I have taught them how to cross safely and that the green man is just to help. I have also taught them to look even when to green man is showing as I have seen many cars ignore the lights and drive right through.0

I cross the road when it is safe, but if someone is there with children, then I always wait for the greenlight.0

I cross when & where it's safe to do so. Everyone else is free to do the same. Can't believe that the OP was 'told off' by a mother with her children there, suspect that the setting an example/irony button was stuck at the time! :rolleyes:0
