Things to do before changing network or phone
I have seen a few posts on here with people saying that they have changed their network/phone and are not happy and can they cancel. So thought I would make this quick guide which may help.
Research you chosen networks coverage first. Ask friends and family what their coverage is like. Far better then trusting a coverage map.
Read up on your chosen phone see if there are any problems been reported.
Try the phone in store to see if you like it. However as tempting as it is to buy your nice new phone there and then if you have any slight doubts about either the phone or your chosen networks coverage then order over the phone or web. The deals can be slightly better and most of the networks give you 7 days to try and return the phone if you are not happy with the phone or cannot get coverage. The only exception to this is 3 who once you put your sim card in the phone counts the phone as been used.
